
Heather Holland
Heather Holland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing
support and guidance to families and individuals as they navigate life's challenges with
compassion and confidence.
She earned her Master of Social Work from the University
of Southern Mississippi in 2022 and has over five years of experience working with
children, families, teens, and adults facing a wide range of emotional and life transitions.
Heather specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and
religious trauma. She recognizes that every person's experiences are unique and
believes that healing begins in a space where clients feel heard, respected, and
empowered.
Her approach is collaborative, meeting each client where they are while
helping them build the tools and resilience needed to create meaningful change.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, Heather is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive,
and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts,
emotions, and identities. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and
works alongside them to develop individualized treatment goals that reflect their values,
strengths, and personal experiences.
Heather is passionate about helping clients cultivate self-understanding, strengthen
relationships, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. She welcomes children,
adolescents, and adults seeking compassionate, evidence-informed care tailored to
their unique needs.
