Connie Malcom

Lacondra “Connie” Malcom is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of nursing experience. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Throughout her career, Connie has served individuals across several healthcare settings, including outpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, emergency medicine, hospice, corrections, and veteran care. Her broad clinical background allows her to approach each client with skill, understanding, and respect for their individual needs.

Connie specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support for clients navigating mental health challenges. She is known for her thoughtful approach, strong clinical experience, and commitment to helping clients feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout the treatment process.
